Last updated: November 2026. This policy explains what information this website collects, what it does not collect, and the choices you have.
The short version
Our calculators run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you type into a calculator is sent to us, stored by us, or shared by anyone. You could load a calculator page, disconnect from the internet, and it would work identically. The only data flows on this site are the ordinary ones involved in serving web pages and showing advertising, described below.
Information we collect
Calculator inputs
None. All calculations happen locally on your device using JavaScript. We have no server-side record of the amounts, rates or results you work with.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running, and to understand aggregate usage (for example, which calculators are popular), not to identify or profile individual visitors.
If you write to us, we keep your message and email address in order to reply and, where relevant, to act on a fee correction. We do not add you to any marketing list.
Cookies and advertising
What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site itself sets no cookies for its calculators. Advertising on this site, however, is provided by Google AdSense, and that involves cookies as described next.
Google AdSense and advertising cookies
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet, and to measure how ads perform. Specifically:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.

- If you disable cookies in your browser altogether, the calculators will continue to work normally; advertising may become less relevant or stop appearing.
Analytics
If we use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics, it is limited to anonymous counts of page views and calculator usage so we can decide which tools to improve. We do not build profiles of individual visitors and we do not sell personal data — there is essentially no personal data here to sell.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under UK/EU GDPR or California law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information held about you. In practice the only personal information we might hold is an email you sent us; write to us via the contact page and we will act on any such request. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Children
This site is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting advertising will be reflected here before or as they take effect.
