What to expect

We read everything and reply to most messages within a few working days. Fee corrections are checked against the platform’s official pricing page first; if you are right, the calculator is updated and its verification date is moved — and if the platform’s page still shows the old rate, we will tell you what we found rather than silently changing the number.

We can explain how a fee works, but we cannot give financial, tax or legal advice about your specific business, and we cannot help with accounts, payouts or disputes on any platform — those belong with the platform’s own support team. If a platform owes you money, we are unfortunately not the people who can release it.
